Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and delivered within 1–3 business days, depending on the delivery area and operational conditions.

All orders are shipped through licensed local delivery companies to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

The delivery representative will contact the customer by phone or WhatsApp prior to arrival at the provided delivery address.

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery (COD), the total order amount must be paid in cash directly to the delivery representative upon receipt of the order.

Delivery fees may vary depending on the delivery location, package size, and weight.
For large or heavy orders, additional delivery charges may apply. In such cases, the customer will be contacted in advance and informed of any extra costs before the order is shipped.
