This Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy explains the terms, conditions, availability, and procedures related to Cash on Delivery payments at Phantom Technology.
This policy applies to all orders placed through phantom-ps.com, an online-only store.
1. AVAILABILITY OF CASH ON DELIVERY
Cash on Delivery delivery is available to all areas within Palestine, including:

West Bank

Jerusalem
-
Inside Israel (1948 areas)
🚫 Delivery is not available to the Gaza Strip.
Orders placed for excluded areas will not be eligible for COD.
2. COD FEES & DELIVERY COSTS

No additional COD fees are charged by Phantom Technology

Customers pay only:

Delivery fee charged by the shipping company

Delivery fees vary depending on region and package size, and may change in the future.
Current standard delivery fees are:

West Bank: 20 ILS

Jerusalem: 30 ILS

Inside Israel: 70 ILS
Some products or promotions may include free delivery, in which case the customer will not be charged any shipping fees.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION BEFORE SHIPPING
All COD orders must be confirmed before shipping.
Confirmation is done via:

WhatsApp message (primary method), or

Email message, based on the customer’s provided contact information
Orders that are not confirmed may be canceled automatically.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION & REFUSAL

Customers are not allowed to cancel a COD order once it has been shipped or handed over to the delivery company

If a customer refuses to receive an order without a valid reason, they will be responsible for:

Any additional charges incurred

Providing a fake, incorrect, or misleading address may result in:

Order cancellation

Suspension of COD service for the customer

5. DELIVERY TIME

Order preparation and delivery usually take 1–3 business days

Phantom Technology is not responsible for delays exceeding 3 business days if caused by:

Shipping companies

External circumstances

Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, emergencies, etc.)

6. INSPECTION & RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY

Customers are allowed to request a return within 24 hours of receiving the order

Return requests must have a valid and reasonable cause

The product must:

Be unused and undamaged

Be in its original packaging

Not show any signs of opening or use

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
