Refund policy

  • Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
This time period is provided to allow you to inspect and verify the items.

To process an exchange request, you must keep and provide the original invoice/receipt.
We cannot process any exchange without a valid invoice/receipt.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Delivery service fees apply to exchange requests, and the customer is responsible for the delivery costs related to the exchange.

 

  • Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order by contacting us directly through the communication channels available on our store.

Orders can only be canceled before they are prepared and handed over to the delivery company.

Once an order has been shipped with the delivery company, it cannot be canceled.
